State & Local Laws

Fireworks laws vary state by state β€” and town by town. New Hampshire allows most consumer fireworks; many neighboring states do not. Always check the laws where you intend to light, not just where you buy.

New Hampshire: In NH, purchasers must be 21+ for most consumer fireworks. 18 years of age or older with a valid military ID may purchase per NH requirements β€” confirm current statute and store policy before you buy.
