Safety Tips & Guidelines

Follow these and your show will be loud, bright, and uneventful in all the right ways.

· You must be at least 21 years old or (18 years old with active military ID) to purchase fireworks.

· Children should never handle fireworks.

· Never consume alcohol or drugs while handling fireworks.

· Follow your local and state laws regarding the possession and use of fireworks.

· Always place fireworks on a hard, flat, wide open and level surface 50 ft away from buildings, vehicles, vegetation or flammable objects.

· Never hold roman candles or other devices in hands.

· NEVER attempt to reignite a “ DUD”

· Never place your head or any part of your body over any fireworks device.

· Have a water hose or bucket of water is case of emergency.

· Never ignite fireworks in an area considered in a drought.

· Buy Fireworks only from established licensed dealers.

· Don’t attempt to make your own fireworks, or alter any fireworks in any way.

· Keep the spectators at least 75 ft. away from where the devices are ignited.

· Carry fireworks in a closed box, not on your person.

· Keep the unused item in a closed box, well away the firing area.

· Wear eye protection, long sleeves, long pants and gloves for your protection.

· Always clean up the debris after the show.
